RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any part of your gift box, please do not hesitate to call or email us in this unlikely event.

We love our products and take a lot of time and care to test and use our products to make sure they meet our high standards.

Please e-mail annie@loadedwithlove.co.nz along with photo's and a summary of the damaged product/s and we will make every effort to replace, repair or refund the item.

 

Please note: Items will need to be in their original and unused condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Returns will need to be made within 21 days of purchase to be valid for compensation.
